We’re sorry that this happened. We kindly ask you to double-check the courier site to verify that the tracking for the package says that it has been delivered. If it has, check in with a neighbor, household member(s) or someone that accepts mail for your building as they might have picked it up for you.
If you still cannot locate your package, we ask you to wait 2 business days before contacting customer support. Customers must notify us within 3 weeks of any missed delivery or lost packages.
After 3 weeks each order will be taken on a case by case basis. Refunds and duplicate orders are not guaranteed.
